Hospitality is the relationship between a guest and a host, where in the host receives the guest with goodwill, including the reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers. Hospitality is defined as taking care of your guests and anticipating their needs and it is the relationship between the guest and the host, or the act or practice of being hospitable. This includes the reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers. From the first moment you should have that “special” holiday feeling. The doctrine of the five elements is based on five energetically vital basic elements: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. When someone makes you feel comfortable and at home, that person is being hospitable, providing a warm, friendly environment. Anything hospitable is welcoming and open. As well as showing films to audiences, each cinema also runs a significant hospitality and retail business. Customer service is therefore of paramount importance, as is getting the food and drink offer right. The term is a syllabic abbreviation of the words Hotel/Restaurant/Café. According to the Cambridge Business English Dictionary the "hospitality industry" consists of hotels and food service, equivalent to NAICS code 72, "Accommodation and Food Service". What are hospitality laws? The hospitality industry encompasses arts, entertainment, recreation, accommodation and food services. Industry laws relate to guests and employees, and include legislation on employee health and safety, labor laws, environmental protection, hygiene, alcohol licensing regulations, negligence, privacy and contracts. The gift of hospitality is the special ability that God gives to certain members of the Body of Christ to provide an open house and a warm welcome to those in need of food and lodging. Hotel security protects hotel guests, employees, and property. Hotel security typically works directly on the hotel property, patrolling the grounds, and in an office, monitoring security cameras or filling out paperwork. If the situation calls for it, hotel security may also work with the local police department. Hospitality implies warmth, respect and even protection; it builds understanding and appreciation among cultures. As such, the hospitality industry is important not only to societies—but to economies, customers and employees. It increases self-esteem, decreases stress and depression, and even boosts your immune system. When you find yourself in a mutually supportive community defined by hospitality, self-esteem goes through the roof. Great hospitality is catering to your customer's needs, whether it's a hotel, restaurant, cafe, or any other type of hospitality business. Great Hospitality is a Positive, Friendly Attitude. It takes more than just catering to a customer's needs to create great hospitality.
